Meredith Hancock, M.D., FAAD
Board Certified in Dermatology
Dr. Hancock is a board-certified dermatologist highly skilled in medical, cosmetic, surgical, pediatric, and complex dermatologic cases. She enjoys taking care of patients of all ages.
Her journey in medicine began in Chicago, where she earned her medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and then completed a comprehensive Internal Medicine internship at Loyola University Medical Center. She then pursued her Dermatology residency at the highly respected Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, WI where she excelled as Chief Resident and was awarded an externship at the NIH. Her academic tenure extended at Marshfield Clinic Health System, focusing on complex and acute medical dermatology while teaching residents of Dermatology, Pediatrics, and Internal Medicine as well as medical students.

Dr. Hancock and her family settled down in South Florida over 5 years ago.
Currently, she continues teaching as an FAU Medicine Clinical Affiliate Assistant Professor.
Dr. Hancock brings a compassionate approach to dermatology, emphasizing patient education, attentive listening, and fostering a comforting environment.
Outside of medicine, her interests include travel, culinary arts, tennis, and creating cherished moments with her family.
In high school, she spent a year in France as a Rotary Exchange student and holds a Bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Colorado.
She is fluent in French and conversational in Spanish.
Interesting fact: Dr. Hancock taught herself programming and worked as a web developer for several years in California before going to medical school.
